Studio Rules

Studio Rules

A clear overview of the rules that keep bookings, design work and tattoo sessions calm, safe and transparent for both sides.

Booking and communication

We reply within 24 hours

Send your idea, approximate size, placement, availability and references. We will come back with the next step, a price estimate or a consultation suggestion.

Consultations are free

For custom designs, larger projects and cover-ups, we first check the style, readability, placement and scope of work together.

References help, a finished sketch is not required

A mood, symbol, photo of the body placement or a few images are enough. We prepare the design so it fits both the idea and the anatomy.

Deposit, rescheduling and cancellation

The deposit confirms your slot

A 500 CZK deposit is required to confirm the booking. It is deducted from the final session price.

The deposit is non-refundable

We reserve studio time for you and prepare the design and working plan. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session or do not show up, the deposit is forfeited.

Rescheduling is possible at least 24 hours in advance

If you need to move your appointment, write as early as possible. Repeated late rescheduling or no-shows may require the next booking to be paid up front.

Pricing and payment

The final price is confirmed after consultation

It depends on size, placement, complexity, sketch work and time required. Larger projects are often planned across several sessions.

Mini, medium and large work have guide prices

The packages on the tattoo page are indicative. We confirm the exact amount before booking the appointment.

Gift vouchers are paid by bank transfer

We send the voucher after manually confirming the payment. It is valid for 6 months after payment confirmation, cannot be exchanged for cash and any price difference can be paid later.

Session day

Arrive 5-10 minutes before the start

A late arrival may shorten the session time. If you know you will be late, let us know as soon as possible.

Arrive fed and rested.

Do not drink alcohol the day before, avoid intense workouts and do not take blood-thinning medication unless prescribed by your doctor.

Choose clothing based on placement

Wear loose, comfortable clothes that allow access to the tattoo area and will not rub against it after the session.

Guests and studio conduct

One companion is welcome

During the session, the companion should not distract the artist or enter the sterile area.

Children under 16 cannot stay during sessions

For safety, hygiene and focus, children under 16 cannot be in the studio while a tattoo session is in progress.

Breaks are normal

For longer sessions, bring water and a small snack. Short breaks help maintain comfort and quality.

Sterility, aftercare and healing

Sterility comes before speed

We do not rush workstation preparation or equipment sterilization. A clean and safe process matters more than speed.

Aftercare is part of the result

Keep the protective film on for 4-5 days, then wash gently, pat dry and apply a thin layer of the recommended cream 2-3 times a day.

Protect the skin while it heals

Do not pick scabs or scratch. Avoid pools, baths, sauna, sun, solarium and friction. See a doctor if you notice strong swelling, pus or intense pain.
